Schroders RF Limited congratulates Sheargold Group on its UDIA NSW award winning Vista Park Project. As a Commercial Real Estate Lender we are delighted to have been able to finance the development of Vista Park.
Schroders RF was approached in March 2020, just as the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic was becoming apparent, and we quickly met with the sponsors and undertook due diligence on the opportunity. Our partnership with the Sheargold Group has funded:-
- 4 completed land subdivision stages (with 2 to go for delivery later this year),
- 2 other precincts of medium density housing and
- A 75 place child care centre and café
