We are delighted to confirm that on 30 June 2021, Schroders completed the acquisition of 50.1% of the company. As a result the business is changing its name to Schroders RF Limited to reflect the new partnership between Schroders and the RF Group.

With Schroders joining as an equity partner to the business, Schroders RF will enjoy access to the global resources and financial strength of one of the world’s largest investment managers, providing the access to investors and investment capital necessary to support our growth aspirations and development of new loan products.
